    <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;I'm being charged for a premium account but when I try to unsubscribe, my account says free subscription. I've tried searching for receipts under both emails in case I have another account, but no receipts and system doesn't recognize my other email address. I've been charged the last 3 months and never used this service. Please help!&lt;BR /&gt;I don't want to be charged a 4th time.</description>

&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound good, let's try to figure what's going on here &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; I'd recommend first taking this &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/custom/page/page-id/HelpFlow-Account" target="_blank"&gt;brief survey&lt;/A&gt; that should help you find your Premium subscription account. If that doesn't help, you should get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff directly so that they can take a look behind the scenes for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can drop them a line on social media (&lt;A href="http://bit.ly/twitter_SpotifyCares" target="_blank"&gt;Twitter &lt;/A&gt;or &lt;A href="http://bit.ly/facebook_SpotifyCares" target="_blank"&gt;Facebook&lt;/A&gt;) or by using the &lt;A href="http://bit.ly/contact_supportform" target="_blank"&gt;contact form&lt;/A&gt;. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!&lt;/P&gt;
