    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a premium account but on my phone Spotify&amp;nbsp;continues te ask to upgrade to premium and I can't just premium&amp;nbsp;features on it. So last week I used the upgrade function on my phone, and I hoped it would sync with my excisting premium account but it didn't and now I see on my creditcard bill Spotify has charge me twice this month...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I double check if I doesn't have two accounts but it isn't. I also cann't see the new bill on my Spotify dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm from the Netherland and I couldn't find&amp;nbsp;any&amp;nbsp;contact information for Spotify helpdesk but this community... I hope someone can help me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We recommend you check out &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/paying-more/" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; page and go through the steps. Since you mention you've been paying double, make sure to read through the 'Paying more than once a month' section. These steps should definitely help you out.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It would also be good to check out &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; article on how to find the possible second account.
