      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recived an email about paying for a full year's worth of Premium for 99$, saving 2 months worth of payment.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then clicked on this offer from my email and it said that i was "not eligible" for the offer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First of all, why am I "Not eligible"?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second, why would you send me this offer&amp;nbsp;if you going to refuse it to me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me. &amp;nbsp;I got the email with the offer and I attempted to sign up but was told I wasn’t eligible. &amp;nbsp;I carefully read the offer terms and conditions and see no reason why I shouldn’t be eligible. &amp;nbsp;In fact, the offer seems to be crafted just for subscribers like me. &amp;nbsp;What gives? &amp;nbsp;Why send out an email with an offer that is explicitly targeted for current individual Premium subscribers, who appear to be eligible based on the offer terms and conditions, only to tell people they aren’t eligible???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
