    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been receiving emails and notifications saying that my sportily premium will run out if I do not pay by a certain date.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A few days ago I made three bank transactions towards Spotify paying more than what I should but my Spotify premium still got cancelled this morning&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help?</description>

&lt;P&gt;I took a look at your screenshot and can confirm that they are 'pending' charges. These should be released back to you in a few day's by your bank.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you sign into your account and check your subscription status and get back to me.&lt;/P&gt;
