I Need Help with the premium subscription

Hi There.

I had a problem with my credit card and ended up losing my premium subscription. Now I can´t get a new on. None of my credit cards are acepted by the system, and the other payment option available in my country doesn´t work as well.

Can someone please help me?

Thanks for reaching out - have you tried entering the payment details in a different browser?

i have tried in different browser and different computers, none of them worked so far.
