    <description>I logged in to my spotify account to Update my payment. I made the transaction (first 2) on my cellphone and the internet keeps going down so i have to refresh the page over again. I got pissed off so i went to my laptop and re_enter my payment again.... It charged my account thrice. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; I have proof. Below is the attatched logs on my visa card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help. I need a refund. I just did this transaction last night.</description>

&lt;P&gt;It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.&lt;/P&gt;
