I was trying to buy Student Premium, i entered my information and then next page said that; Are you not sure if you are eligible? Check it here. Also we didn't charge you yet so don't worry. End quote. Something like this and i was like oh cool and went on checking if i was good to go but a SMS came to my phone and it said that Spotify charged me! **bleep** guys i want a refund, i even don't have premium right now. Someone help me please

Hello @holyredpanda, welcome to the Spotify Community!

Don't worry: you haven't been charged for real. This means that you got a pre-authorization on your credit card. If you're not eligible for the Student discount, you will get your money back as soon as possible (it depends by your bank).
