Most frequently when a user continues being charged after having canceled, it is because the cancellation process was actually never completed. You can check on this one of two ways. The first is to visit your &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/forums/replypage/board-id/Subscriptions/message-id/“http:/spoti.fi/2ea05gY“" target="_blank"&gt;subscriptions page&lt;/A&gt; and see what the system states. In your case, it shows that you're still subscribed so then you would want to check your email for a confirmation email. Upon a successful cancellation you should receive an email confirming that your subscription has been canceled.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you cannot find that cancellation email, please try cancelling again, this time ensuring that you receive that cancellation email. The process asks you a few times if “you’re really sure” you’d like to cancel, and if not careful, these steps can be overlooked. If, however, all indications are that you did successfully cancel (you already have that email), then you may have a second account, or something else is up.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;TABLE cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&lt;DIV class="accessible_elem"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="_5yl5"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cancelled a 3-month spotify premium trial on my phone, but it looks like my desktop client (mac) is restarting my subscription! The first time I thought I made a mistake, but now it tells me that I my premium will end on 6/1. It was supposed to end on 4/1!
