Question about promotions and giftcards

I want to get the new promotion where I can get a full year of Spotify for the price of ten months, however i've been gifted two Spotify gift cards totaling to 9 months worth of premium. I've read the terms and conditions and I cannot use them to pay for the promotion and thats fine. So I was wondering wether or not it would be possible to first get the promotion and then redeem the cards for later use, after the months from the promotion has run out.

Hey @Vatn,

Sure, you can do that 🙂

All you have to do is claim the yearly offer at https://spotify.com/yearly and if possible, cancel it so it doesn't renew.

After your 12 months of Premium, you will revert back to Spotify's Free service and none of your saved music will be deleted. You can then redeem the Gift Cards at https://spotify.com/redeem.

I'd recommend not redeeming both Gift Cards at the same time, to prevent issues. First, redeem one Gift Card and at the end of the Premium, redeem the other 🙂
