cant stop premium account

In october 2017 i have stopped mij premium account. Currently i found out that you guys did not stop the premium account at all KPN informedyou about the fact that i stopped this in october. Whats going on? can you still change this to the free account?

ik had in oktober mijn KPN premium account stopgezet.

Dit is ook door kpn aan jullie doorgegeven. Echter heb ik nog steeds een premium account. Hoe kan dit? en kan dit uitgeschakeld worden. Ik heb het eerlijk gemeld dat ik het stop wil zetten en het gebeurt maar niet. Wat is er aan de hand?

Hey @Goot4,

Did you get email receipts from previous subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you paid for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged after you cancelled, it probably means you're paying a different account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
