    <description>I was charged twice for my subscription but on my subscription page it says it only charged me for a month. I was filling out the student form and I may have misclicked but I don't think so. does anyone have any idea why I might have been charged twice? I know I had to refill the card information because my college wasn't verifying. could that be it?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yeah. It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.&lt;/P&gt;
