    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife started her spotify account in Austrilia but now she's living in the UK. We wanted to change her country settings so that we could upgrade to a family account, but the protocols provided do not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First she tried to change payment method using spotify UK, but the system would reject her UK bank card with no options given at all. Then we decided to cancel her subscription and re-subscribe using her UK bank account, but that didn't work either. Pretty much as above, the card is not accepted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We then tried accessing spotify Australia, and then we attempted to change payment methods again. This time it seemed to work, it detected that the card was from the UK and offered to switch to the UK. The site then asked to imput the payment details again, and we did, but then it did not accept the card! We tried a few cards, and it did not work! It is extremely frustrating to say the least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She tried also upgrading to family, but that did not work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can we do now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we have to wait until her account goes "free", before attempting again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
