    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I subscribed with my credit card but I never got premium, even though my Internet bank says that a transaction is put on reservation. I never got any Receipt nor any Error messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will Spotify be taking the money?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I pay again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you have two accounts payed by the same credit card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quick answer please need to know whether I should pay again as the offer ends on the 31 dec.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that I have logged in and out and reinstalled the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
