&lt;P&gt;In this case, we'd recommend you to check if your PayPal account meets &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/having-problems-using-paypal/" target="_self"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;requirements. If so, could you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies before trying again? Also, using an incognito window or a different browser/device would worth a shot.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>cannot update my payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hey everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so a couple of days ago my paypal had some problems and so my premium expired. my spotify premium went in sleep mode or something and when i tried to update my payment methode like it asked i could not use my paypal(other payments with paypal do work.)... i have had premium for about 4 months now and never had a problem. so when i downgraded to free to try if i could resubscribe but again it would not take my paypal. i live in belgium so credit card is not realy that common. specialy for young people like me. anyone who can help me solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jorg&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem. I'm trying to change my subscription into a student sale price but it doesn't give me the paypal-option, only credit card. I mean it doesn't even show the option. I've had spotify premium for about a year or two and I've always used paypal to pay for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried clearing browsing&amp;nbsp;cache/cookies etc. and used incognito window but nothing changed. My paypal should meet the requirements (+ it's not even the problem since spotify doesn't even show me other options but credit card). I live in Finland.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with this system since other ppl too have this problem. Can you please fix it or find a way?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I checked everything and tried using a new window and other browsers but nothing solved my problem. I used the same paypal all the months before. So do not understand why i suddenly does not accept my paypal anymore. Since it stopped working i have used my paypal for a lot of things so that is not the problem. I just need spotify to restart the payments…&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, I'm having the same issue and now only have 2 days to renew this before my premium account stops. I have tried updating payment twice now and shows on my PayPal as authorised twice! But still not taken, I have tried using my bank card but keeps just saying (oops something went wrong) please tell me how I can get one payment to you and the other one obviously also cancelled asap?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Claire</description>
