Yes please can I bill my sprint account like I did with Pandora, and I
would like to change the payment date. 😊

Please take a look at this support article about payment methods: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/payment-methods/

The only way to 'change' your payment date is to cancel your subscription, wait for it to end and then re-subscribe on the day you'd like to get billed every month.
