      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live with my sister and she has sent me numerous emails about me joining her premium family plan and not one has worked. Everytime I enter the information it sends me back to the same application saying "oops". She doesn't pay $14.99 a month for it to not work with the family. Help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Admin&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no exact message.&amp;nbsp; The email that the family member gets takes them to subscription page.&amp;nbsp; They then need to purchase a subscription and then hopefully it would allow the family member to connnect but it doesn't.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to get my husband on the family account but without any success.&amp;nbsp; I wish you had a phone number that we could call because £15 per month is expensive if it doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
