&lt;P&gt;You have to ask your service provider (Rogers) to unsubscribe you from Spotify Premium.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then you can&amp;nbsp;visit &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/family/" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to subscribe to Premium for Family.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the same situation where I have 4 fam members, one pays their own spotify so I want to change the 3 (rogers free 2 yr subscription done on Jan 20th) plus my son to the premium fam plan.... can I do that as well?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please unsubscribe the single Premium subscription on all your family accounts. Then go &lt;A href="https://spotify.com/family" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and get your Spotify for Family subscription.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my Spotify with rogers yesterday - how long does it take for Spotify to see that I have cancelled? The reason I ask is that my spotify account still says I am with Rogers so cannot yet sign up for the family plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
