&lt;P&gt;If you could, please check to make sure you are signing in with the account that has a premium subscription. It is possible that you created two different accounts, possibly one created with a Facebook account and one created with an email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can check the status of your account by logging in to your account settings. You can do that by clicking on the link below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can find your subscription type by looking at the right-hand side where it says "View Details".&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the Premium Version for 6 months now but for some reason it stopped out of nowhere. When I log into my account it says that I have a free version even tho I even paid for premium this month. Everything was normal until now. What can I do? I mean I pay for it so I want it to work. I'm from Germany and I wrote an e-mail to spotify but they didn't reply yet.. Would be great if someone can help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
