I read that the offline device limit for per account is 3. I have 3 devices offline: Laptop (Windows + Linux) and Android Smartphone. But everytime spotify deletes one device when I sync offline musics. I sync Linux and Windows and after logged in Android app, It shows me that I reach the device limit and deletes all my offline files. I sync Android app then logged in Windows the same thing happened.

Is this a bug or up to 3 devices means 2 devices or Spotify Offline device counter is too dumb to count devices wrong for a years.

And also the problem about my offline musics still exists since 2015 explained on the link.

I have a suggestion. I can be your beta tester that you can send me the develop version of Spotify App (especially Android) and you can obtains log from my device with that way. It occurs every month and I think I can help you. I love spotify and I like being part of the solution on this problem and the team also. What the dev team thinks about this suggestion? Let me know that.

As a developer I know that sometimes bugs occurs in some special cases based on device, network connectivity, free ram amount and the parameter I cannot remember right now.
