Premium subscribed but not working6

Hi,

I've subscribed to spotify premium but it's still showing as a free account. The €0.01 for the first free 30 days have however been booked off my paypal. I've tried everything.

Help?

If you’ve run through the subscriptions process but are finding that you don’t have access to premium, don’t worry! Please take a few seconds to look over this thread, and if necessary, follow through the attached survey.

Yes I've tried all of that. I have not received a email from spotify though. After I subscribed spotify notified me that I had successfully subscribed and it was bocked off my paypal..
