I was invited to join Spotify premium with my Family but I have been non stop trying to accept the invitation but it does not let me join, it does not give me a reason it just says I can't join. My family already sent me 3 invites but still can't join. I know for a fact that I didn't get the address wrong. How do I fix this problem?

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Are you accepting the invite via email? If so, please could you try copying the URL of the link where it says "this page" instead of clicking on it?

I clicked on "this page" as you said, but it's the same outcome.
