Paypal payment is not accepted

My subscription is running and the money was booked from Paypal each month without any issues. No it says "money transfer from Paypal didn't work. Please, update your details." So I went in my account, selected to update the details and configured Paypal once again, but it's still not working. What's wrong there? And why is there no Support email address?

Just a quick question to rule it out - are you on the student plan? I know this plan does not currently support PayPal payments.
If that is not the cause, there is a helpful payment troubleshooting FAQ here if you haven't already checked it out.

Yes, I am on a student plan and it always worked.

Hi again!

Unfortunately, the student discount is more limited in ways to pay right now.
According to Spotify's student support page, the following pay methods are currently not being supported for this plan:

Note: It’s currently not possible to pay for the student discount with PayPal.

Spotify gift cards are only available for Premium at its standard rate, so it’s not currently possible to pay for the student discount using a Spotify gift card.
