&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging &lt;STRONG&gt;SpotifyCares&lt;/STRONG&gt; on &lt;A href="https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/" target="_blank"&gt;Facebook&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares/" target="_blank"&gt;Twitter&lt;/A&gt;.       <title>Spotify Premium Gift</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recieved a spotify premium gift and went to redeem it but used the wrong email address. I had spotify on a different account with all my playlist and followers on there but it wasn't under this email address. Could I change the premium status from one account to another?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
