Premium payment

Hi Guys, so i upgraded to premium two days ago and paid 0,01 ct. But now spotify took another 0,01ct from me. I don’t mean to he cheap. I honestly could’nt care less about the 0,01 ct but i’m just worried this is gonna happen again. And also next month when i start paying 10,- So, my question is..... why did this happen and will it happen again? And if it did, what will you guys do to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out.

After signing up for a Spotify trial or Premium subscription, you may see a small charge (0.01 or similar) on your bank or credit card statement.

This is just an authorization charge to confirm the card is valid. It’s usually shown as a pending charge on your statement, but transactions can also appear as refunds. Some banks/companies may delete them from the account entirely before you even see it.
