Student Discount Stopped with no Warning

So I was scrolling through my bank statements today and noticed that Spotify has been charging me full price for the past 3 months, even though I have a student discount.
I checked around, and it said they would warn me when my student discount was about to expire, but I looked in every email I had and there was no such warning.
There is no customer service number to call and speak to a representative, but I'm extremely frustrated because I'm a student on a budget.
