Unable to change payment information

I recently received a new debit card, causing my premium payment to fail. I'm trying to change my payment details to the new card info but it is showing as 4 "processing" charges on my bank statement and shows the "Opps, something went wrong" error message when trying to save details and proceed on spotify. (Yes the card is active, and yes I have money in my bank account so it isn't declining on the bank's end of the transaction). Is something wrong with Spotify's website?

I DON'T WANT TO LOSE ALL OF MY PLAYLISTS IN 5 DAYS. PLEASE HELP.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using a different browser, or an incognito window to try to update your payment method.

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest cancelling the subscription and resubscribing using the new card details.

Don't worry, even if you cancel the subscription or if the account goes back to Free, you won't lose a single song or playlist you've saved.

i'm having the same problem. cleared all cache datas and cancel subscription. still couldnt resubscribe the premium.

Hey @absolutebob!

We suggest makeing sure the card you're using meets the requirements on the attached picture. You might need to contact your bank to make sure it does.
