    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, We recently downgraded our famiy account to "Free" because of something with my mother's credit card. I don't really know what happened. So now we just upgraded again to our premium family plan but When I try to accept the invitation it says:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"You can only change Family plans once per year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/sk/article/how-can-i-contact-spotify/" target="blank"&gt;Contact us&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;for help."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas on how to solve this? Thanks a lot&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Daniel&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi @danielfroreich ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the problem is that your email has been already used for Premium for family, so you have to do the set up and accept the invitation with another email that has never been used before for spotify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helped you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lorenzo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only solution i found thinking about your issue is to make a New email or use one you never used before and try if it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your old playlists, when you'll have your&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;new account just search your old profile on Spotify and check if it still exists, then add your old playlists to your new profile by going on options and selecting "follow" or "download" if you want to listen them without connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this was helpful,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lorenzo&lt;/P&gt;</description>
