Spotify customer support hackers!!!

Hello community, I recently attempted to contact the spotify customer care via telephone and it ended up being hackers who attempted to purchase giftcards for themselves. They claimed that it would cost me $199 in order for them to get my CD release live on the spotify server. They required you to download an app that allows them remote access to which they attempted to go to a third party website and purchase bestbuy gift cards. I quickly shutdown my laptop which closed the session and revoked their access but it was terrifying.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Spotify don't offer any form of phone support. I'd recommend not to give any personal or financial info out to these phone numbers, and if you have to contact your payment provider and report.
