    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Formlery from the UK, have moved to Australia and looking to move direct debits over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to change my country as the option under "edit profile" is greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried changing my payment details to my AUS bank card, but it gives me an error saying that the payment method must be from my country of origin (which I can't change).&lt;BR /&gt;I tried ending my subscription too, but that didn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any tips much appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mower&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to update your &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-can-i-change-my-country-setting/" target="_blank"&gt;country&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/change-payment-details/" target="_blank"&gt;payment method&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure the internet connection you're using doesn't have an active VPN or proxy that could be interfering with this process.&lt;/P&gt;
