Trying to update Debit Card info.

I've recently changed debit cards and need to update my info. I went to the website to try and do this. It offers an options to "update your payment details." Or under my old debit card info. there's the option to "Update."

However, when I click on either one of these options it basically refreshes the page and doesn't take me anywhere to input my new info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
