    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello, &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's been 4 days now that I try to pay my subscription to Spotify Premium.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have done all the solutions of "solving problems related to payments". I repeat myself again: I change my bank card and my old bank details are no longer valid. I have been trying since to pay with my new bank card. The problem does not come from my card or my bank, I am contacted to be sure. &amp;nbsp; I was certified by e-mail that the problem was solved and that I could pay my subscription. Nothing has changed, I still can not pay. &amp;nbsp; I now ask you to do what is necessary so that I can pay my subscription. I have been using Spotify for 10 years. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you in advance...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
