CANNOT UPDATE PAYMENT DETAILS

My credit card was recently cancelled and so my payment for my premium account failed.

I have been trying for the past week to update my payment details but when i press the UPDATE button it simply redirects me to the same page and there is no option to enter my new payment method.

PLEASE HELP!!

I have this same problem! I can't update my payment method! I click update and not happening. Please Spotify, repair this problem!

I have the same problem, I’ve been trying to change my payment for the last two days but it just doesn’t do it!! And they don’t have a home who I can call

Yes same problem here and going by the amount of people posting that they also have the same problem, it doesn't appear to be an issue spotify are concerned about. So maybe time to find a new music provider!!!

Are there any technicians that read these pages????

Also trying unsuccessfully to update credit card details. Please fix before my current card expires - soon!
