    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently lost my phone and got a new one through the insurance.. activated today and trying to get into my spotify premium which I had subscribed to months ago.. of course I'm on spotify free and when entering my card info to I guess resubscribe?? It won't allow because the info has been used.. what do I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to be sure, did you ever cancel your subscription? If not, you might have your Premium account open at the same time as your Free account. We suggest you follow &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_self"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;steps to see if you can find your Premium account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's not the case, and you're trying to sign up for the 30-day trial with a new account, then you'll need to use a payment method that hasn't been used for a similar offer in the past.&lt;/P&gt;
