Hi! First of all I have tried contacting customer service and the same email directing me to here keeps popping up. I want them to answer me! So my problem is that I have tried to get a free 30 day trial because I want to test it out to see if premium is worth it and it keeps asking me for my credit card information. I don’t feel comfortable sharing that. Is there any way I could get the free trial without putting in my credit card information?! HELP!!!!

Thanks for reaching out.

Right now, there's no way to get the 30-day Premium trial without a payment method.

You might be eligible for the 7-day Premium trial though.

The 7-day trial is for all new users who haven’t experienced Premium before and if you’re eligible you will receive a pop-up to claim.
