Cannot cancel 30 day trial

I have a Premium trial that ends in 3 days. I do not have a cancel option on the Account or Subscription page. It shows my payment method as PayPal but no way to change that or cancel the trial. It says: Your Premium plan will end on 3/26/18 and you will no longer have offline, ad-free music. Resubscribe to keep the tunes flowing. but I don't trust that it'll go back to free. I want to cancel today.

It is not under iTunes - Apple ID - Subscriptions

Hey @karisgoodman,

the message "Your Premium plan will end on 3/26/18 and you will no longer have offline, ad-free music. Resubscribe to keep the tunes flowing." means that you stopped your subscription and you payed until the 3/26/18 so that you'll have Premium untill then.

So you're saying that if I do nothing else, my subscription will go back to free and I will not be charged. Correct?
