&lt;P&gt;In this case, I'd suggest checking if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt;. You may have bought Spotify Premium on the wrong account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I always login with Facebbok. I have now upgraded my account to Premium, but it says it is still free. This is because the email adress related to my facebook profile is now dead gone, so i can't have my confirmation email. What can i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
