&lt;P&gt;How does the charge appear on your bank statement? If it's showing as pending, it hasn't gone through and should get back to your account soon.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;
