Hi, Spotify released in South africa a week or 2 ago and I've been trying to get premium ever since. After I put in all my cards details it gives an error and tels me to try again later? Is there a fix for this Ive always been able to pay online with my card

Since this is such a new program its most likely a bug with the system and not your card...you can report it here

you should proceed to click subscription and then any other categories that apply to you.

Are you getting any error message when you try to make the payment?

It may help to clear coookies/cache and sign up via an incognito window. If none of this works can you let me know the name of card provider that you are trying to use to sign up with?

Hey @Marijuanaman!

If you've cleared your cache and cookies or used an incognito window and you're still getting the same error message, please make sure your card meets the requirements on the picture attached. You may need to contact your bank to make sure it does.

If you're getting the same error after contacting your bank, try using a different payment method.
