hello! i got a message that my credit card didnt work and when entered the new card it says the country doesnt match.Im from Argentina and the account is from there but currently in the US.The credit card is an American Express fron Argentina.Dont know how to pay.Thanks

Hey @jackied70,

In that case, you will only be able to update your payment method when you're back in Argentina. If you have an American payment method, however, you will be able to update your payment method while you're in the US.

Hello and thanks. I tried to pay with an American credit card and didnt allow me because it says is a different country. Then changed country and same thing.

To which country is your account's country setting set at the moment?
