I was requested student discount about May 10 and until now I not receive any information if was accept or not.

Just to confirm, ¿did you receive any messages regarding the verification of your student discount request? We suggest that you check your email Inbox and Spam folder.

If you did receive the confirmation message saying that your student discount was activated, try logging out from your account and then log back in. Let us know if you're able to see the Premium features after that.
