4.99 student deal

I currently started a spotify premium account under the 4.99 student deal but I don't have access to premium or any link or idea on how to get my Hulu account started up. I checked my bank statement and sew the 4.99 was taken so i need this resolved. You guys need a customer service phone line.

When you go to the Spotify Account Receipts page, do you see a receipt for the $4.99? If not, does the transaction on your account show as pending or pre-auth? 🔍

I can’t afford to pay $9.99 per month, as I am 71 year old & depends only on my Social Security. Can I enroll for $4.99/month?
