my sister and husband are having a hard time accepting and having to understand how to accept the invitation because everytime i resend the email it just throws them off

Remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If that's the case, we recommend your family try to accept the invite on a PC using an incognito window.

So they have to get on a pc to accept the invitation correct?

Hey @abarrera1153!

They should be able to join using any device, as long as they're logged into their own Spotify accounts.

If they get any error messages, ask them to try clearing the browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window.
