I'm a technology coordinator in a school district. I'm wondering if theres any kind of deal/discount for premium for that?

Unfortunately, I don't know of any continuous Spotify discounts - or any based on a profession - other than the student one.
From time to time, Spotify might send out special offers or promotions to different users. If you have never used Premium before they will often run the 3 months for .99c promo.
