    <description>&lt;P&gt;As shown in the attachment My Credit Card has been charged $14.99 per month since July or Aug of 2017, for a Premium membership. I have been unable to access Spotify, however my husband has. He tried to help me fix it the other night and said he couldn't see where I had a subscription. So I signed up the next day for the $9.99 free trail. Then I found This on my Credit Card Statement. I only need one account and would like to cancel the free trail but dont&amp;nbsp;want to lose my Spotify again. Can someone help me? OUntil&amp;nbsp;I restarted the free trail I was never able to sign on to spotify.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It sounds like you might have multiple accounts. One with Premium for Family and one with a Premium trial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recommend to &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/payment_help/how-to-cancel-your-subscription/" target="_self"&gt;cancel your subcription&lt;/A&gt; on the account with the Premium trial and only using your Premium for Family account moving forward. You can find all the accounts you have with &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_self"&gt;these steps&lt;/A&gt;. Let me know how that goes!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have an awesome day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
