Student Discount is not working!

I have tried to purchase the student discount subscription and it says “

Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student.
Please check your details and try again.

If we still can't confirm your details, you won't be charged.
Any pending charges on your card statement will disappear in a few days.“
I am enrolled at South Plains College currently and have been for 2 years? I don’t understand why it is not working?

If you couldn't be verified as a student when getting the discount, try the manual verification. You'll see the link to do so on the same page where you enter your student details.

The manual verification could take a few days to complete, but you'll receive an email with more information about it.
