Was PayPal Support Canceled?

I've had Spotify Premium for probably over a year now and it has been billing my PayPal account balance, with my most recent payment, I did not have money in my account. I added money and wanted to get Spotify to charge it again and couldn't find a 'refresh' button to rebill my account so I went ahead and just decided to cancel Premium and rebuy it, however, I no longer can find any way to pay with PayPal? Was support canceled?

I have similar problem. I want to change my Paypal account for billing, then i did not see any PAYPAL ICON to choose. So I tried changing to a credit card payment first then thought I could see the PAYPAL ICON back when I change back the payment from a CC to PAYPAL. I still don't see a payment option PAYPAL, only see VISA MASTER AMEX!! Please advise if PAYPAL CANNOT BE USED ANYMORE??

Found the answer, yes, Paypal is not supported at this time.
