Already have hulu and spotify premium

Since I already have Hulu (limited commericals) and Spotify Premium. I'd like to do the combined deal. To do so do I need to cancel my Hulu subscription then make a new one through Spotify?

Yes, you can combine the limited commercial plan with your Premium and it shouldn't require you to cancel. It should give you an option to join your accounts when you sign up. There's an FAQ here that might be helpful to get you started.
