I wonder why Spotify removed our ability to reorder playlists on the desktop app, as it was a feature that is heavily requested for the mobile version. Now we can only move around the 4 pinned playlists we are allotted. Given that we pay for this "premium" service, why can't we sort our playlists however we want to on our phones, laptops, etc? I have a profile that I see everyday and I want to have the right stuff in the right order.

I really don't understand why they would remove this. I've lost all order in my playlists and it's so annoying. I can't find a single good reason to remove this functionality.

Hi @jpbbb and @mwlenten

You actually can still set a custom order for your playlists!

Set the Filter to Playlists.
Set the sort order to Custom order.

You should now be able to drag & drop playlists outside of your folders as well as change their order.
