    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am experiencing an issue with the Spotify desktop client on my Mac (13.3.1 but same issue was in 12). When using the app, I can only hear sound from one side of the stereo.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The audio on the left side is extremely faint,&amp;nbsp; and the headphones work fine with other applications or in Mono mode, so it's not a physical problem with the headphones (both Jabra Elite 85 and Bose QC45). When connecting headphones with a physical cable stereo is fine (the sound overall is extremely low but I'm quite sure it's a separate issue)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This problem does not occur when using the Spotify web player or other platforms like YouTube, and also Spotify on my phone works normally, so only limited to Spotify on mac&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried (a) checking the audio settings in Spotify and my Mac's system settings (b) clearing the Spotify cache and updating the app to the latest version. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;One time the issue was randomly&amp;nbsp;fixed, probably while I was fiddling with the OS sound settings, but changed back again later on.
