Using spotify with vpn

Hi, im living in iran and iran is a sanctioned County, also i cant normally use spotify in iran, so i have a question: is using spotify in iran with a vpn against terms of use? I found two things in terms of use and i was wondering can i use spotify with vpn? Or its against term os use?

First this: circumventing any technology used by Spotify, its licensors, or any third party, including any territorial or other content access restrictions applied by Spotify or its licensors;

And Second this: You represent and warrant that you are (1) not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to territorial sanctions ("Sanctioned Country"), nor are you owned by or acting on behalf of a Government subject to asset-blocking sanctions or any person or entity organized, located or ordinarily resident in a Sanctioned Country;

So if i use vpn in iran am i infringing terms of use?
